Supreme Court Decisions To Read During My NEXT 100 Years

So, apparently I think I’m going to live 200 years at least. As I wind-down toward the end of my Self-Doctorate course of 300 books, I find myself continuing to add two readings to every one that I complete.

One area in which I would like to read more (granted life enough [maybe I could just stop sleeping] ) is the Law. For me personally, I think the best way to get the particular type of legal education I crave is to read Court opinions– mostly the opinions of the Supreme Court.  But before I could do THAT, I first had to figure out WHICH decisions to read.  And by the way, I feel the need to read dissenting as well as majority opinions.

This is my second post (the first was here) in which I list for myself (who else would be interested?!) some case-opinions that appear to me (after some initial research at least) to be interesting, astute, enlightening, or essential to the understanding of American jurisprudence.
